- You have obtained any and all necessary rights, clearances and permissions to distribute the Programming, including, any and all clearances and permissions necessary for each of the participants in the Programming to play in and/or appear in the Programming, including without limitation, any required clearances or permissions from any regulatory, governing or organizing body.
- You obtained any and all necessary rights, clearances and permissions to distribute the Programming, including securing all music master, mechanical, and synchronization rights as necessary for music played during the Programming.
